What to carry at immigration so your arrival at Kathmandu goes smoothly.
Keep these ready before your flight lands:
- Passport with 6+ months validity
- One passport-size photo
- Visa fee in USD cash
- Hotel / address for arrival form
- Printed or digital online visa application confirmation (if completed ahead)
During peak season (October–November), pre-filling the form can save 30–45 minutes at the airport.
